On the first day of the visit, the group removed the existing wall fixture and determined the broken furniture. After that, group 1 starting to apply the first layer of wall paint.

Group 2 decided to fix the tables by removing the top and replacing it with plywood and laminate the body of the table. As most of the chairs were badly damaged, they decided to get new chairs, and replaced the old cabinet with a new one as that too is badly damaged. Group 2 tried to minimize the budget used by repairing what was repairable and replacing those that were unfixable.

23rd SEPTEMBER 2017

On the 23rd September 2017, the second round of the progress taking part. Group 1 continues the progress by applying the second layer of the wall paint as well as starting to draw the design on the wall. They are also cleaning up the paint and stained on the floor.

The proposal idea from Group 2 was accepted and they started the work the following week, 23rd September 2017. Firstly, they went to the site to remove all the table tops for it to be replaced with the new plywood top. Then, they removed all the broken chairs and cabinet to make space for the new furnitures. Most of the new furnitures were bought from Ikea as it is convenient and has all the item we needed.

29th SEPTEMBER 2017

After all the furnitures were bought, they again met up to install the furnitures. Group 2 has to move all the furnitures to the outside and then started off by installing the plywood top onto the tables. After that, they put the beige colour laminated panel on top of the existing table to give a fresh new feeling on it. They then continue to paint the door as it looks run down.

Other than that, they bought 10 new chairs and installed it together. The installing of the chair was very quick as it was pretty easy. After that, they started with the cabinet. The cabinet was more difficult to install because of the size, but nonetheless, Group 2 managed to install it together. They decided to get another smaller cabinet to be placed at the front of the classroom for the teacher.  Finally,  Group 2 installs a new curtain for the classroom, which was donated by one of the group members. Last but not least, they cleaned the teacher's table and started moving everything in the classroom and arrange it accordingly before handover to the PPOC Centre.

After Group 1 and 2 has done the major work, Group 3 and 4  started their role to do the FUN-LEARNING AIDS (MOBILE LEARNING AIDS) and (FUN-FIXED ONTO WALL). Group 4 has to spend most of their time station at the Taylor's University Campus where they have to modify those items into more disability friendly before handover to the site.
